转炉“留渣-双渣”少渣炼钢工艺实践

摘要 在50 t转炉上推广实施"留渣-双渣"操作,摸索并优化工艺条件。分析了双渣时半钢温度、吹氧时间、渣中Mg O等对双渣效果的影响。介绍了"留渣-双渣"可降低造渣料消耗,降低钢铁料成本,讨论了该操作对转炉冶炼周期、氮气消耗影响,双渣倒渣带铁是影响钢铁料消耗的重要影响因素之一。 The paper introduces the implementation of the promotion of "Remaining Slag - Secondary Slag" operation in the 50 t converter. Exploration and optimization of process conditions is carried out. The effect of semi steel temperature, blowing time and MgO in the slag on the secondary slag is analyzed. "Remaining Slag - Secondary Slag" operation not only can reduce slag material consumption but also can reduce the cost of steel materials. Additionally, the influence of the operation on the smelting cycle and nitrogen consumption is discussed, it is found that pouring slag operation in Secondary Slag may be one of a important fator of metal loss.
