摘要
为了研究中药复方制剂、糖萜素和微生态制剂联合应用对文昌鸡血液生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响,试验选取1200只1日龄文昌鸡为试验动物进行为期120天的全程无抗饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组2个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,发病选择抗生素治疗;试验组分别在不同的日龄阶段在基础饲粮中添加不同剂量的中药复方制剂和糖萜素,发生疾病用中药复方制剂、糖萜素和微生态制剂配合治疗。结果表明,本试验方案能显著提高血清中钙、磷的含量,降低血清中胆固醇的含量(P〈0.05);能够提高血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和降低血清中丙二醛的含量(P〈0.05);显著提高IgA、IgE、IgM、补体C3和补体C4的含量(P〈0.05)。由此得出结论,中药复方制剂、糖萜素和微生态制剂联合应用能够显著改善文昌鸡的血液生化指标,提高文昌鸡的抗氧化能力和免疫功能。
The study was designed to investigate the effects of combined use of compound herbs, saccharicterpenin and microbial ecological agents on the mechanism of action from antioxi- dation,immunity and biochemistry of Wenchang chickens without using antibiotics. 1200 Wen- chang chickens were randomly assigned to 2 groups , each group had 2 repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diet added compound herbs and sac- charicterpenin and in different period with different doses for 120 days. Control group used antibi- otics and test group used compound herbs, saccharicterpenin and microbial ecological agents to treat diseases of chickens. The results showed that the methods of test group increased Ca and P in serum significantly( P 〈 0.05 ) and decreasd Cholesterol( P 〈 0.05 ), significantly increased serum GSH - Px and SOD ( P 〈 0.05 ), and decreased MDA content ( P 〈 0.05 ), significantly in- creased IgE,IgM, IgA, Complement C3 and Complement C4 contents in serum ( P 〈 0.05 ). The conclusion of the study was the methods of test group can effectively improve immune function, en- hance the antioxidant capacity and improve serum biochemistry indices.
