摘要
测控系统是某型导弹地面系统的重要组成部分,为充分发挥导弹武器战术技术性能,全面掌握系统或导弹的技术状况,为武器系统指挥决策提供准确判断依据,需对现有测控系统进行优化;为更好地提高系统性能,对某型测控系统在试验中出现的典型故障问题进行了研究,按照元器件失效的故障、干扰引起的故障以及接地不正确引起的故障进行了分类定位分析和试验验证;结合每一类故障的机理,分析出对测控系统造成影响的成因、改善方法和解决措施;提出了测控系统设计中需要解决的关键问题的分析途径,为后续测控系统的设计方案提出了优化意见,有效提高了系统性能。
Missile testing and launching system is an important part of missile ground system, it inform us the technical conditions of the missile weapon system, provide the criterions of command and decision for the weapon system, so there is need to optimize the missile testing and launching system. For improving the performance of the system, some typical faults are studied in the paper. Faults are caused by disable component, interference and incorrect equipment grounding are analyzed and some tests of validation are provided. In consideration of the mechanism of every kind of fault, the paper provides the reasons, improvement and solution methods. This paper presents the analysis meth od for the crucial problems of the testing and launching system, provide the optimize opinions for system design later on, and improve the performance of the system effectively.
