摘要
雪糕棒质量缺陷包括几何尺寸偏差和表面色差两大类,目前的质量检测手段是人工目测,检测结果难以得到保障;针对这一现状设计出一套雪糕棒质量在线视觉检测系统样机,由雪糕棒传送系统、光源、镜头、摄像机、计算机即图像处理单元、分选系统组成,由4台摄像机分别实现雪糕棒正、反面成像、两端侧面成像;采用基本计数原理解决了多点检测结果融合,检测结果到分选点的数据记忆,利用多线程技术解决了多台摄像机同步、提高系统运行速度等问题;现场测试表明,该系统能够提供符合质量检测要求的雪糕棒图像,并根据质量检测结果精确控制分选系统准确分级雪糕棒,雪糕棒检测速度达到每秒钟15支。
The quality defects of Ice cream stick divide into two categories: geometric dimension deviation and chromatic aberration, the means of quality inspection at present is manual eyeballing, which is difficult to ensure the quality classification. A set of online visual inspection system sample machine is developed to solve this problem. The system includes ice cream stick transmission system, light sources, lens, cameras, the computer and Separation system, four cameras respectively achieve positive imaging, opposite imaging and both sides imaging. Counting method is used to solve the fusion of multi--point testing results and data memory from the testing results to the separation points. Adopting multithreading technology to solve the problems of the synchronization work of multiple cameras, improve the running speed and so on. Field tests show that this system can provide ice cream stick image which meets the requirements of the quality testing, and aeeurately control the sorting system to grade ice cream stick according to the quality inspection results. The ice cream stick detection rate can reach 15 per second.
