摘要
地方性应用型本科的培养目标决定了实训基地在烹饪与营养教育专业教学中有着重要的地位,然而国内地方型高校实训基地模式却存在着一定的问题。作者提出了烹饪与营养教育专业校企共建实训基地实施的几条途径,不仅对烹饪与营养教育人才培养有重要意义,而且能实现校企"双赢"。
The training objective of the local applied undergraduate decided the important position of training base in the teaching of cooking and nutrition education. However, the training base patterns of the local colleges and universities have certain problems. This thesis puts forward several ways of the implementation of school-enterprises' co-construction of cooking and nutrition education training base. It not only has significance to the cultivation of cooking and nutrition education talents, but it can realize the win-win situation for both the schools and the enterprises.
