摘要
超低碳奥氏体不锈钢具有良好的耐腐性、塑性及可焊性,通过对材料焊接特性分析,并综合核岛现场环境条件,提出薄壁超低碳奥氏体不锈钢管对接现场焊接工艺实施原则及质量控制重点,为同类电站核岛安装提供经验反馈及指导。
Ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, ductility and weldability. By analysis of material welding characterizations and the nuclear island site environmental conditions, this paper proposes implementation principles and quality control points of the tube butt welding process. The experience can be used in the same power plant nuclear island installation.
