摘要
目的：对组织瓣移植在口腔颌面部软组织修复中的应用价值进行分析。方法选取2011年1月～2013年5月在我院接受组织瓣移植术的患者42例作为研究对象，对各组织瓣移植的疗效进行对比分析。结果皮瓣制备成功率为87.23%。术后早期并发症发生情况为：颈部血肿5例，涎瘘3例，淋巴瘘3例。42例患者术后经1～2年随访，无一例患者出现病灶复发。8例患者术后5～12个月出现局部复发。结论组织瓣移植为口腔颌面部软组织缺损的常用方法，对于患者术后外形及功能恢复具有重要价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of tissue flag grafting in oral and maxillofacial soft repair. methods Selected 42 cases with oral and maxillofacial soft repair in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2015 as study objective, compared the clinical effect of different tissue flag grafting. Results The success rate of flag preparation was 87.23%. The complication after operation were as following： 5 cases with cervical haematoma, 3 cases with salivary fistula, 3 cases with lymphatic fistula. After 1 to 2 year follow up, no one relapsed. 8 cases relapsed in 5 to 12 months after operation. Conclusion The tissue flag grafting is common operation in oral and maxillofacial soft repair, it plays an important role in shape and functional recovery after operation.
