摘要
目的：观察手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2015年1月我院收治的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者53例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组35例和对照组18例，观察组给予手术治疗，对照组给予放射治疗，比较两组患者疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组治愈率和治疗有效率分别为45.7%、97.1%，对照组分别为27.8%、83.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率5.7%显著低于对照组的22.2%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤，疗效显著，患者预后较好，且安全性较高，值得临床推广。
Objective Observe the curative effect of surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors.methods Selection in March 2014 to January 2015 53 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor of our hospital as the research object, 35 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group 18 cases of observation group was given the surgical treatment and the control group given radiation treatment, compared two groups of curative effect and adverse reaction of patients.Results Observation group cure rate and treatment efifciency were 45.7%, 97.1%, the control group were 27.8%, 83.3%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; Observation group incidence of adverse reactions to 5.7% lower than the control group 22.2%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumors, curative effect is distinct, patients prognosis is good, and high security, worth clinical promotion.
