摘要
利用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了不同纳米TiO2含量的Ni-P化学镀液所制备的Ni-P-TiO2复合镀层中纳米TiO2的含量及其分布状况,在以乳酸为配位剂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂的Ni-P-TiO2化学复合镀液中,采用红外一可见一紫外分光光度法研究了不同用量的乳酸和PVP以及镀液pH对纳米TiO2分散性的影响,获得了最佳的分散条件:纳米TiO2加入量3.0-4.0g/L,PVP0.2g/L,乳酸4.5mL/L,pH5.0-5.5。
The content and distribution of nano-TiO2 in Ni-P-TiO2 composite deposit prepared from Ni-P electroless plating bath with different contents ofnano-TiO2 were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The effects of the dosages of lactic acid (as a complexant) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP, as a surfactant) and bath's pH on dispersity of nano-TiO2 in the Ni-P-TiO2 composite plating bath were studied by infrared-visible-ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The optimal dispersion conditions were obtained as follows: nano-TiO2 3.0-4.0 g/L, PVP 0.2 g/L, lactic acid 4.5 mL/L, and pH 5.0-5.5.
