摘要
对于企业创新绩效的关注已经成为当前衡量企业创新能力的重要手段,特别是破坏性创新的概念提出以来,理论与实业界均给予了很多关注。本文以资源依赖理论、组织学习理论等为理论基础,基于184家上市公司2010年-2013年面板数据,以对创新环境的不同类型所导致的企业年龄与创新绩效的不同关系为研究对象。研究结果表明:企业的年龄与创新绩效的关系与企业所处的创新环境有关。企业在延续性创新环境中其年龄的增长与创新绩效正相关;而当企业的创新环境类型属于破坏性创新环境时,企业的年龄与其创新绩效负相关。
Concern for innovative performance has become an important means to measure the capability of enterprises, and theorists and businessmen have paid much attention to it especially since the concept of disruptive innovation was proposed. By ap- plying the resource dependence theory and the organizational learning theory, based on the panel data of 184 listed companies from 2010 to 2013, we research the relationship between the ages and the innovation performance of the companies caused from various types of innovation environments, The results show that the ages and the innovation performance of companies relate to the innovation environment. The age growth of companies in continuous innovation environment is positively related to innovation performance. When the company's innovation environment is disruptive, the age is negatively related to the innovation performance.
