早产儿宫外发育迟缓及不同的营养支持方案对其干预的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨早产儿宫外生长发育迟缓及不同的营养支持方案对其干预的影响。方法 将研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用早期足量胃肠道外营养,对照组应用传统胃肠道外营养,监测患儿的体质量、身长、头围。住院期间每日测体质量,每周测身长和头围,出院后6个月龄以内每月1次,6∽12个月龄每2个月1次,1∽2岁每3个月1次,并监测其智能发育情况。结果 治疗组身高、体质量、头围水平均较对照组显著升高,EUGR发生率明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 积极的营养支持方案可改善早产儿的发育营养状况,并改善其远期神经系统预后,降低宫外生长发育迟缓的发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of different nutritional support on extrauterine growth restriction in preterm infants. Methods We made the preterm children randomly divide into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group received early enough parenteral nutrition, the control group received conventional parenterat nutrition,the body weight, the body length and the head circumference were observed in preterm children. body weight was measured daily, body length and head circumference measured weekly during hospitalization, the preterm infants less than 6 months measured each month, more than 6 months but less than 12 months measured every two months ,more than 1 years old but less than 2 years old measured every three months after discharge from hospital and monitor the intelligent development. Results Compared with the control group, treatment group increased the body weight, the body length and head circumference signiiieantly, EUGR incidence was significantly reduced. The difference was statistically Positive nutritional support strategy applied in preterm infants can effectively improve their nutritional status and improve system, reduce incidence of extrauterine growth retardation.
