摘要
研究了Ce含量w(%)为0(1#)、0.015(2#)、0.045(3#)和0.090(4#)的X70钢在土壤中的腐蚀行为,并确定了最佳的Ce含量。结果表明,在相同的腐蚀环境中,4种钢管的腐蚀程度从重到轻依次为:1#>2#>4#>3#。在钢管中添加Ce后的腐蚀性能都得到改善,最佳的Ce添加量为0.045%。
The corrosion behavior of the steel X70 with Ce content w(%) of 0(1^#)、0.015(2^#)、0.045(3^#) and 0.090(4^#) in soil was investigated, and the optimal Ce content was determined. The results show that the corrosion extent of the four steel tubes from heavy to light is as follows: 1^#〉2^#〉4^#〉3^#during the same corrosion environment. The corrosion resistances of the steel tubes are improved by adding Ce, and the optimal Ce content is 0.045%.
