摘要
在Al基复合材料的Al18B4O33晶须表面涂覆了Bi(OH)3涂层,研究了烧结温度对该复合材料显微结构和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,复合材料的显微结构变得更粗糙。530、830和1 000℃烧结的复合材料的界面组成分别为Bi+β-Bi2O3、β-Bi2O3+Al4Bi2O9和Al4Bi2O9。烧结温度为530和830℃时,阻尼-温度曲线上出现两个阻尼峰,而1 000℃时只有一个较弱的阻尼峰。其中830℃时,由于进入复合材料的铋增加,所以复合材料的阻尼容量最大。
The Bi(OH)3 coating was prepared on the Al18B4O33 whisker surface of Al-matrix composite, and the effect of the sintering temperature on the microstructure and damping property of the composite was investigated. The results show that the microstructure becomes more rough with the increase of the sintering temperature. The interfacial composition of the composites sintered at 530, 830 and 1 000 ℃ are Bi+β-Bi2O3, β-Bi2O3+Al4Bi2O9and Al4Bi2O9, respectively. There are two damping peaks on the damping-temperature curves when the sintering temperature is 530 or 830 ℃, while only a weak damping peak appears at the sintering temperature of 1 000 ℃. Furthermore, the damping capacity of the composite is the largest when the composite is sintered at 830 ℃ because of the increase of Bi into the composite.
