摘要
通过激光表面改性技术在新型自动化机械用TC4钛合金基体表面熔覆了Ni/Mo S2+Ni60混合粉末,并分析了Ni/Mo S2+Ni60熔覆层的耐磨性。结果表明,在TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆Ni/Mo S2+Ni60材料后,合金的耐磨性能得到有效改善。
The mixed powders Ni/Mo S2+Ni60 were cladded on the surface of the titanium alloy TC4 used in new automatic machines by laser surface modification technology, and the wear resistance of the cladding layer Ni/Mo S2+Ni60was analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance of the titanium alloy TC4 is improved effectively after surface laser cladding with the material Ni/Mo S2+Ni60.
