摘要
针对外臂铸件20°斜面在加工过程中出现的渣气孔缺陷进行分析,通过一系列工艺试验和试加工,找到了解决此类缺陷的合理方法,对原工艺中的制芯和浇注环节进行了改进,并加强生产过程控制,最终生产出满足客户要求的质量稳定的铸件。
The slag blowhole defect in outer arm casting were studied and the reason was analyzed. By a series of technology experiment and trial machining, a right method to solve the defects was found. At last, the high-quality castings with good performance were produced through technology improvement and production process control.
