摘要
针对一台燃用天然气的自然吸气汽油发动机,应用CFD三维计算软件CONVERGE建立了燃烧过程和氮氧化物生成的仿真计算模型,模拟了天然气发动机的燃烧和NOx排放物的形成,并对计算结果进行了试验对比和验证.研究结果表明,CONVERGE软件建立的模型能够对燃烧过程和氮氧化物排放量进行较为准确的计算,缸内压力曲线与NOx排放量与试验结果吻合较好.
View of a natural aspirated gasoline engine fueled with natural gas,simulation and calculation models for combustion process and emission production were established by means of three dimensional CFD CONVERGE software,then combustion and NOxformation were simulated,and the calculation results were compared with the testing data. The results indicate that the model established by CONVERGE software can calculate the combustion process and NOxformation accurately,and the cylinder pressure and NOxemission calculated fit well with the bench testing results.
