基于ITS2序列探讨野生白梭梭的系统发育关系 被引量:3

摘要 从分子系统学角度探讨不同种皮颜色白梭梭间的遗传分化关系。对13个白梭梭样品的ITS2序列进行序列变异分析、K-2p遗传距离比较,并采用邻接法(NJ)构建系统发育树。结果发现,13个白梭梭样品间ITS2序列的信息位点有7个,占总碱基数的2.84%;最大K-2p遗传距离为0.042;并且根据种皮颜色的不同分别聚为一支。初步表明,ITS2序列能够有效的鉴别不同种皮颜色的白梭梭。 The aim of this research was to discuss the genetic differentiations between different seed color of Haloxylon persicum from the molecular systematics.The sequences variation analysis were conducted for ITS2 sequence of 13 Haloxylon persicum samples,and K-2p genetic distance were compared,the neigh-borjoining method was conducted to construct phylogenetic tree.The results show that there are 7 informa-tion sites between 13 ITS2 sequences of Haloxylon persicum ,the total base number of percentage is 2.84%,the largest K-2p genetic distance is 0.042.According to the different seed coat color they were clus-tered into one branch.The preliminary result shows that the different testa color of Haloxylon persicum can distinguished by ITS2 sequences,and provides a theoretical basis for Haloxylon persicum of phyloge-netic analysis.
