疼痛是一些皮肤病常见的临床表现,疼痛的发病机制尚不完全明确。5-羟色胺(5-HT),5-HT转运体与疼痛高度相关。5-HT(7)受体介导疼痛具有特异性。5-HT和5-HT(2A)受体参与神经病理性疼痛的维护是通过上调CGRP-IR(降钙素基因相关肽免疫反应活性)的表达进行的,应用酮色林(5-HT(2A)受体拮抗剂)是治疗神经病理性疼痛的一种有前途的治疗方法;曲坦类药物[5-HT(1B和1D)受体激动剂]已被证明能有效的治疗疼痛;氟西汀(5-HT再摄取抑制剂)可能会产生好的癌症疼痛控制和减轻耐受性的发展,因而研究5-HT与疼痛的关系为开发5-HT类新药,为治疗疼痛取得好效果具有重要的意义。
Pain is a common clinical manifestation of some skin diseases. Pain pathogenesis is not completely understood. Serotonin (5-HT) and 5-HT transporter are highly involved in pathogenesis of pain. Among receptors mediating serotonin actions in pain control, the 5-HT(7 )R is of special interest. 5-HT and 5-HT(2A) receptors contribute to the maintenance of neuropathic pain by up-regulating the expression of CGRP-IR( calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) immunoreactivity ( CGRP-IR), the 5-HT (2A) receptor antagonist ketanserin are promising therapies for relieving neuropathic pain. Triptans (serotonin 5-HT (1 B/1 D) receptor agonists) have proved to be efficacious in treating pain. Fluoxetine (a specific 5-HT reuptake inhibitor) may produce good cancer pain control and attenuate the development of tolerance. Thus,it is of great significance to study serotonin's role in the mechanism of pain for developing the new 5-I-IT drugs and obtaining the effective of treating pain.
