摘要
针对铸造用无氮呋喃树脂,设计出了一种新型树脂母液合成工艺,提出了一种新型无氮呋喃树脂制备方法。通过系统的试验研究和分析,得到了性能较好的低糠醇含量的无氮呋喃树脂,具有较好的应用前景。研究表明:加成阶段p H值为7.7、高温加成阶段温度为83℃、高温加成阶段时间为1.71 h;低温聚合阶段温度和时间分别为73℃和0.5 h、高温聚合阶段时间为2.1 h时得到的无氮呋喃树脂母液性能最好。
This article designed a new type of resin mother liquor preparation technology and presents a new method for preparations of nitrogen-free furan resin, get a low-furfuryl alcohol for better performance of nitrogen-free furan resin, the resin has great application foreground. The results show that a best performance mother liquor was synthesized when addition reaction stage pH 7.7, high temperature addition reaction stage reaction temperature 83 ℃ and reaction time 1.71 h, low temperature polymerization stage reaction temperature 73 ℃ and reaction time 0.5 h, high temperature oolvrnerization stage reaction time 2.1 h.
