心内科临床护理实习护生带教策略探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究心内科临床护理实习护生带教的具体策略。方法选取2014年1月~2015年5月在我院心内科进行护理实习的护生72人进行研究,随机分组,实验组38例患者选择“511”的带教方法,对照组34例实习护士采取传统的带教方法,对比两组实习护生的带教情况。结果实验组护生在理论成绩、操作成绩以及总分高于对照组,且实验组的带教满意度为97.37%,对照组的带教满意度为64.71%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心内科临床护理实习护生采取“511”的带教方法,可使护生的服务能力,理论知识等综合素质都得到明显提高,效果显著。 Objective Teaching strategies of clinical nursing students in Cardiology Department are to be studied. Methods Chose 72 nursing students in Cardiology Department who are taught in hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 and separate them into two groups at random, 38 patients in study group are taught by "511" teaching strategy, while 34 nursing students in control group are taught by conventional teaching strategy, and then compare teaching results between two groups. Results Students' theory achievements, practice achievements and overall achievements in study group are much higher than cotmterparts in control group, besides, students' satisfaction rate in study group is 97.37%, while students' satisfaction rate in control group is 64.71%, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P〈0.05). Conclusion "511" teaching strategy is quite beneficial for nursing students in Cardiology Department, it is conducive to improving students' service ability, theory knowledge and their comprehensive ability.
