摘要
结合某终端处理厂改造项目,对负压原油稳定系统中的核心设备负压压缩机选型进行了研究,通过对几种可选压缩机的对比,认为:负压螺杆压缩机在满足工况的前提下,并且具有经济、可靠性高、供货周期短、维修量小、售后服务及时等优点,并在以后的负压原油稳定系统中可以推广应用。
According to a Terminal Project, negative-pressure compressor selection has been researched in the crude oil stabilization system. Base on the result of comparison for several options, the negative-pressure screw compressor can be qualified in the project. Because of the advantages such as high mechanical reliability, economical and less maintenance,negative-pressure screw compressor can be used in the other project of Oil and Gas Terminal.
