摘要
以干式人工砂石加工技术、湿式人工砂石加工技术和绿色环保高效的半干式人工砂石加工技术作为研究切入点,分析了破碎、制砂的加工工艺和设备,并以国内某水电站的建筑工程为例分析了半干式人工砂石加工技术的应用。应用结果表明,在工程建筑过程中应用半干式人工砂石加工技术,可以充分发挥以破代磨的应用思路,提高了成砂率和工艺的可靠性。
As a research point of dry artificial aggregate processing technology, wet artificial aggregate processing tech- nology, environmental protection and efficient semi-dry artificial aggregate processing technology, analyze the crushing, sand processing technology and equipment. Take a domestic architectural engineering station as an example to analyze semi-dry artificial aggregate processing technology. Application results show that, in the engineering and construction process appli cations, semi artificial aggregate processing technology can give full play to break instead of grinding application ideas to im- prove the rate of sand into the reliability and technology.
