摘要
针对目前装备贮存管理中对装备贮存寿命评价的需求,结合装备在长期使用过程中所展现出来的特点和系统内不同层次的产品的特点,提出了一套装备定延寿整体解决方案。首先,通过综合利用装备长期使用过程中的历史信息,建立了整机的贮存可靠性函数模型,得出整机的寿命结论;第二,针对整机开展加速寿命或加速退化试验,准确地评估了整机的寿命(开展整机例行环境试验和模拟使用试验,以验证整机环境适应性指标);第三,针对板级电路,开展寿命特征检测分析,判定板级电路存在的微观缺陷,为开展延寿工作提供指导;第四,对关键原材料、元器件等开展加速退化试验,得出原材料、元器件贮存寿命结论;最后,结合整机、板级电路、原材料和元器件的贮存寿命信息,对导弹的贮存寿命进行了综合评价,形成了完整的导弹定延寿整体解决方案。
Aiming at the demand for storage life evaluation in equipment storage management, and combining with the characteristics of equipments reflecting in the long term use and the characteristics of products at different level within the system, an integrated solution for the life prediction and life extension of equipment is proposed. First, with the historical information of equipment in long-term use, the storage reliability function model of the equipment is established,and the conclusion about the life of equipment is drawn. Secondly, by conducting accelerated life or accelerated degradation test on the equipment, the life of the equipment is estimated accurately (Environmental test and simulated service test are conducted to verify the environmental adaptability indexes of the equipment) . Thirdly, in order to determine the microdefect in board- level, the life characteristics of boad-level circuit is detected and analyzed, which provides a guidance for life extension work. Fourthly, accelerated degradation test is conducted on crucial raw materials and components, and the conclusions about their lives are drawn. Finally, combining with the information about the storage lives of missiles, board-level circuits, components and materials, a set of overall solution for the life prediction and life extension of equipment is proposed.
