四种紫苏叶挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析 被引量:18

摘要 为了探讨紫苏叶挥发油在不同品种和不同生育期的成分变化规律,指导大别山特色紫苏挥发油的开发利用,采用GC-MS分析鉴定了四种紫苏品种和营养生长期、开花期和落叶期等三个生育期中紫苏叶挥发油的化学成分。结果表明:重庆丰都栽培种P11-1挥发油中紫苏酮、石竹烯含量较高,分别为34.66%和19.84%,且存在芹菜脑(4.5%)、γ-榄香烯(1.3%)等独特芳香气味成分,并在开花期总含量最高。因此,重庆丰都栽培种P11-1是紫苏挥发油优势品种,开花期为最佳采收期,从而为大别山紫苏资源的挥发油利用和合理采收提供了理论依据。 In order to investigate the component changes of volatile oils from different perilla leaves and development stages, the chemical compositions of volatile oils from four perilla cultivars and three developmental stages, namely vegetation, blossom, and defoliation phases, were analyzed by GC-MS. Results showed that the relative contents of perillaketone and caryophyllene in volatile oil from Chongqing-cultivar P11-1 were 34.66%and 19.84%, respectively, which were higher than those in essential oils from other three perilla cultivars. More than that, the aromatic flavor components, namely apiole (4.5%) andγ-elemene (1.3%), were determined in volatile oil from Chongqing-cultivar P11-1 leaf. The total relative content of four chemical compositions was peaked at the blossom stage. Consequently , the best harvest period of perilla leaf for the development and utilization of volatile oil was blossom phase and the Chongqing-cultivar P11-1 was the preferred cultivar, which provide theoretical basis for the reasonable harvest and utilization of perilla resources in Dabie Mountains.
