摘要
针对冬瓜山铜矿磨矿产品细度差,过粗和过粉碎级别产率过高等问题,应用精确化装补球技术对一段球磨机的磨矿介质进行优化,并确定了60∶40∶30=30∶25∶45的磨机初装球方案,实验室研究结果表明,此初装球方案与现场方案相比,磨矿产品细度提高了10.14%,过粗级别(+0.1 mm)降低了10.78%,过粉碎级别(-0.010 mm)降低了1.55%,中间易选级别(0.1-0.010 mm)提高了12.33%,达到了预期效果.
To solve the problems of poor grind fineness,high content of the fraction of over coarse and over grind in dongguashan copper mine,the accurate ball loading and addition of milling balls technology is adopted to opti-mize the grinding medium in one stage grinding ball mill.The optimization is eventually determined at 60∶40∶30 =30∶25∶45.The laboratory research result shows that in the scheme,compared with the initial installa-tion ball,the grind product fineness is increased by 10.14%,the over coarse fraction (+0.1 mm)decreased by 10.78%,the over grind fraction decreased by 1.55%,and the middle easily selected fraction (0.1 -0.010 mm)improved by 12.33%,which indicates that it reaches the anticipated result.
