通过分析找出了热轧带钢表面划痕缺陷的原因,并通过对济钢热连轧厂卷取机、开卷机、层流辊道等卷取区域设备、控制系统的优化和改进,有效解决了热轧带钢卷取和表面检查中造成的表面划痕问题,改善了热轧带钢表面质量,方便了下游客户的使用,带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
The author expounds the reasons causing strip scratch at hot continuous rolling mill, and finds out the root of the problem. After the problem is figured out, equipment modification is carried out. Through the optimization and improvement the control system of the down coiler, uncoiler, coiling area equipment, effectively solved the hot rolled steel coil and surface inspection of surface scratch problem, improving the surface quality of hot rolling steel strip, giving convenient to the use of the downstream customers, bringing considerable economic benefits and social benefits.
