摘要
随着城市轨道交通在我国的快速发展,在规划建设中出现了一些超长线路。在规划轨道交通线路长度问题上常有很大的争议,本文强调,在讨论线路合理长度的时候应该注重其综合效益。城市轨道交通带来的综合效益主要包括交通效益、经济效益和社会效益三种。本文综合分析了与城市轨道交通线路长度有关的交通效益、经济效益和社会效益。综合效益为三者之和,将综合效益进行量化,寻求综合效益与线路长度的函数关系,建立符合综合效益最大化原则的轨道交通线路合理长度的计算模型,并进行了实例分析。
With the rapid development of city rail transit in China, some long lines appeared in construction. Problems in planning of the rail transit line length are often controversial. This paper emphasizes that we should pay attention to the comprehensive benefit when discussing the reasonable length of the line. The comprehensive benefits of urban rail transit includs traffic benefit, economic benefit and social benefit. This paper analyed traffic benefit, economic benefit and social benefit related with the length of an urban rail transit line. Based on having quantified the comprehensive benefit, the function relationship between the comprehensive benefit and the rail transit line length was found. Then a calculation model of the reasonable length of rail transit line was established and an example was analyzed.
