基于FLUENT对袋式除尘器气流流场的数值模拟 被引量:13

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF AIR DISTRIBUTION OF BAG-FILTER BASED ON FLUENT

摘要 利用流体动力学软件FLUENT对袋式除尘器内部气流流场进行数值分析,得到除尘器内部气流的速度压力分布云图,验证除尘器内部气流流动的不均匀性.利用FLUENT软件中的离散相模型得出了4种不同直径的颗粒在上进风袋式除尘器中的运行轨迹,针对大直径颗粒的二次返滤现象提出了用下进风袋式除尘器来改进的假设,并利用软件进行了验证分析. In order to improve and develop bag filters,we used computation fluid dynamics analysis software FLUENT to numerically analyze the air distribution inside a bag filter to obtain the velocity and pressure contours of air inside the bag filter so as to verify the air flow irregularity inside the bag filter. We used the discrete phase model of the FLUENT software to obtain the trajectory of four kinds of particle with different diameters in an upper-inlet bag-type filter, put forward a hypothesis of using a lower-inlet bag-type filter to improve the secondary filtration of large-diameter particles, and verified that the hypothesis was feasible using the software.
