摘要 [目的]探讨SBAR沟通模式在神经外科护理交接班中的应用效果。[方法]选择2012年12月—2013年5月神经外科按照传统交接班模式进行交接班的213例病人和21名护士作为对照组,2013年6月—2013年12月按照SBAR规范交接班的198例病人和21名护士做作研究组,比较两组不同模式交接班护士对危重病人病情掌握度、交接问题发生率和满意度。[结果]研究组护士在对危重病人病情掌握度、住院病人满意度及交接双方护理人员的满意度方面均较对照组高,而交接问题发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]SBAR沟通模式在神经外科护理交接班中的应用可提高护士对病人病情的掌握度,降低交接问题的发生率,同时可提高病人和护士的满意度。
