摘要 通过比较气体渗氮、高温渗氮、盐浴软氮化、QPQ盐浴复合处理、离子渗氮、气体软氮化、高频渗氮和洁净渗氮等现有常规渗氮工艺的技术参数及优缺点,综述了常规渗氮方法的应用现状。在此基础之上,分析了稀土渗氮对渗氮层的深度影响及原理,指出了该技术的经济节能特性,并展望了稀土渗氮技术的发展趋势和应用前景。 In this paper, the application status of conventional nitriding methods are reviewed by compa- ring technical parameters and advantage and disadvantage of various nitriding technologies including the salt bath soft nitriding, ion nitriding, gas nitriding, high temperature nitriding, QPQ salt bath composite processing, gas soft nitriding, high-frequency nitriding and clean nitriding etc.. On this basis, the influ- ence of rare earth nitriding on nitriding layer depth and the principle are analyzed, and the economic ener- gy saving features of the technology are pointed out. The development tendency and application prospect of rare earth nitriding technology is put forward.
