摘要
热处理工艺能改善工件的金相组织和性能,数值模拟能较好地指导热处理工艺。讨论了热处理计算过程中考虑了相变的热传导方程、相体积分数方程,采用有限元分析方法,利用Deform-HT软件对斜齿轮进行了热处理工艺的数值模拟。获得了斜齿轮热处理的温度场、组织相变场和应力场的分布规律,对优化热处理工艺有着指导性作用。
Heat treatment process can improve the microstructure and properties of workpieces, and nu- merical simulation can better guide the heat treatment process. The heat conduction equation of phase transformation and phase volume fraction equation which are considered during the heat treatment calcula- tion process are discussed. Using finite element analysis method, numerical simulation of the heat treatment process of helical gears is carried out by Deform-HT software. The distribution law of heat treatment tem- perature field, structure phase transition field and stress field after heat treatment of helical gears are got- ten,which has a guiding ellect on the optimizating heat treatment process.
