摘要
随着近年来大规模滩涂圈围工程的建设,海塘工程的分布发生很大变化,原有的一线海塘退居二线、三线、甚至四线,成为备塘,使得备塘的数量和长度不断增长,由于针对备塘管理法规和制度不健全,在海塘管理中对备塘管理略有疏忽。本文简单介绍了备塘的概念和现状,分析了备塘保留和废除的相关因素,提出了备塘管理的策略,可为今后海塘管理提供借鉴。
With the construction of large scale reclamation engineering in recent years, Seawall distribution has taken a great change, the original seawall line relegated to second-line, three line, four line had become backset seawall, and the backset seawall number and length grew a lot, Because the backset seawall management regulations and the system are not perfect, there are several shortage in backset seawall management in seawall management .This paper introduces the concept and present situation of backset seawall, analyzes the factors on the preparation of backset seawall retention and abolition of the backset seawall management strategy, a reference is provided for the future seawall management.
