摘要 学业导师制在教师和学生之间建立一种"导学"关系,它能够优化师生关系,密切师生交往,发挥教师言传身教和潜移默化的作用,促进学风建设和学生的健康成长,从而深化教学改革,提高教学成效。在英语专业基础阶段的分级教学实践中,实施学业导师制是一次教学改革尝试。对于学业导师制的管理与实施办法,实施学业导师制的利与弊,以及实行学业导师制的意义,这些都需要进行必要的探讨与研究,以利于完善学业导师制,从而全面促进教学质量的提高。 The learning tutorial system establishes a kind of leadinglearning relationship between the teacher and the student. It can optimize the relation of the teacher and the student, associate closely teachers with students, play the teacher's role of teaching by personal example and influence subtly, and promote the school learning construction and student's healthy growth, so as to deepen the educational reform and enhance the teaching result. In graded teaching practice of English major fundamentals, the implementation of learning tutorial system is an educational reform attempt. Regarding the learning tutorial system management and the implementation means, the advantage and disadvantage of learning tutorial system implementation, as well as the significance of the learning tutorial system, all these need to carry on the essential discussion and research in order to improve the learning tutorial system, and thus promote the quality of teaching comprehensively.
