摘要
胃癌是全球最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,实验动物模型作为研究胃癌的重要工具在探究胃癌生物学行为和临床前期诊疗中具有重要意义。目前,研究人员根据研究水平和目的的不同,将胃癌实验动物模型分为诱导剂动物模型、移植胃癌动物模型、基因工程等,本文就目前几种常用的造模方式、适用范围等的研究现状进行综述。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors .Experimental animal model as an important tool for the research of gastric cancer is of great significance in investigating biology behavior of gastric cancer and its preclinical diagnosis and treatment .According to the different levels and purposes of the study , the experimental animal models of gastric cancer at present are divided into animal models, transplantation animal models and genetically mice .The present paper overviews the current status of the available animal models with regard to the creation methods , scope of application , etc.
