摘要
对管反应器中钾长石-氟硅酸-硫酸体系低温分解的产物中氟化物进行了研究。经过管道反应器反应1 h后的产物,在马弗炉中以400℃高温脱氟1 h以后,通过X粉末衍射和化学滴定分析的手段分析样品粉末中的氟化物存在形式及氟的总含量。结果表明,在控制进料质量配比钾长石∶氟硅酸∶硫酸为1∶3∶2.5及1∶2.5∶3附近、反应温度为70℃时,氟的总含量较小,有利于氟元素的分离、回收,对提高氟循环利用率有重要意义。
The fluoride of the reaction product from the system of potash feldspar, fluosilicic acid and sulfuric acid in a tubular reactor was studied. These mixture reacted for 1 hour in tubular reactor, and the product were placed in a muffle for 1 hour to remove fluoride. Then the X-ray diffraction and the chemical titration methods were used to analyze the existential form of fluoride and total fluoride in the powder sample. The results showed that the total fluoride was the least when ml ( potash feldspar) : m2 ( fluosilicic acid) : m3 ( sulfuric acid) was around 1 : 3:2.5 or 1 : 2.5:3 and the temperature of reaction was 70 ℃ , in favor of the separation and recycling of fluorine.
