摘要
为研究香蕉茎叶青贮饲料对波尔山羊血液生化指标的影响,本试验选择16只断奶山羊,随机分成2组(对照组和试验组),每组8只,进行100 d喂养试验。结果表明:试验组和对照组的血清中蛋白质、脂类和胆红素等的各项代谢指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),说明饲喂青贮发酵后的香蕉茎叶对波尔山羊蛋白质代谢和肝、肾功能无不良影响。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of banana leaf and stem silage on blood biochemical paramenters of Boer crossbreed goats.Sixteen Boer goats were selected and divided into two groups （experiment group and control group）with 8 goats each group.One hundred days of feeding experiment was carried out.Results showed that no significant differences were observed in serum total protein,blood lipids and bilirubin（TBIL） between experiment group and control group（P 〉 0.05）.The results indicated that there were no harmful effects on protein metabolism as well as liver and kidney function after feeding banana leaf and stem silage.
