智能人体缺血预适应治疗机的设计

摘要 目的:为了调动机体的自身防御和修复机能,有利于中风后神经系统的修复,设计人体缺血预适应治疗机。方法:根据人体远端缺血预适应疗法原理,由MN101EF32D单片机控制2个微型充气泵,分别给2个袖套充气加压至200 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=133.322 Pa),使治疗者上肢血供彻底阻断,并恒压维持5 min,反复地造成肢体短暂的、可逆性缺血、缺氧,刺激机体产生内源性介质,以达到治疗目的。结果:该治疗机使治疗过程更加简洁方便,提高了治疗的自动化程度,且运行稳定、安全可靠、携带方便。结论:该治疗机具有成本低、功耗小、自动化程度高的优点,能满足心脑血管疾病高危人群辅助治疗的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To mobilize the body's own defense and repair function and help the nervous system repair after stroke according to the remote ischemic preconditioning therapy principle. Methods Two miniature inflating pumps were controlled by MN101EF32D single chip microcomputer to impose 200 mmHg(1 mmHg=133.322 Pa) pressure on two cuffs in turn to block the upper limb blood supply completely. Every pressing process lasted 5 min, and repeated, transient and reversible ischemia and hypoxia might stimulate the body to produce endogenous mediators. Results It proved that the apparatus simplified the treatment and enhanced the automation with high stability, safety, reliability and portability. Conclusion The apparatus gains advantages in low cost, low power consumption and high automation, and can be used for auxiliary treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases patients.
