摘要
目的:研究支气管哮喘患儿血清中酶类多肽、趋化因子水平及外周血中免疫细胞的含量。方法:将本院门诊收治的150例支气管哮喘患儿纳入研究的观察组,将同期门诊体检的150例健康儿童纳入研究的对照组,检测血清中酶类多肽、趋化因子水平及外周血免疫细胞含量。结果:(1)酶类多肽:观察组血清中蛋白酶K(Cat K)、基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP1)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的含量高于对照组,组织途径抑制剂(TIMP1)低于对照组;(2)趋化因子:观察组血清中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-4(MCP-4)、巨噬细胞衍生趋化因子(MDC)以及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量高于对照组;(3)免疫细胞:观察组外周血中Th1细胞、CD4+CD25+Treg细胞和CD8+CD28-Treg细胞含量低于对照组,Th2细胞、Th17细胞含量高于对照组。结论:支气管哮喘患儿血清中酶类多肽和趋化因子含量异常升高,外周血中T细胞亚群含量紊乱,与气道重塑以及炎性细胞浸润的进程有关。
Objective: To evaluate serum enzymes polypeptide, chemokine levels and peripheral blood immune cells contents of children with bronchial asthma. Methods: 150 bronchial asthma children were enrolled as observation group, 120 healthy children received physical examination in our hospital over the same period were enrolled as control group. Then serum enzymes polypeptide, chemokine levels and peripheral blood immune cells contents were detected. Results: (1) Enzyme poly- peptide, serum Cat K, MMP1, MMP2, MMP9 contents of observation group were significant higher than those of the control group; but TIMP1 content was lower than that of control group ; (2) Chemokine: serum Eotaxin, MCP-1, MCP-4, MDC and IL-8 contents of observation group were higher than those of the control group; (3) Immune cell; Thl cell, CD4+CD25+ T cell and CD8+ CD28- T cell contents of observation group were significant lower than those of the control; but Th2 cells and Th17 cells were higher than those of control group. Conclusion.. Serum enzymes polypeptide and chemokine levels of children with bronchial asthma abnormally increase with presence of peripheral blood T cell subsets contents disorder, which is correlated with airway remodeling and inflammatory cell infiltration process.
