摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者功能障碍与其家庭照护者照护负担的相关性。方法选取AD患者及家庭照护者各50例,分别采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)与Zarit负担问卷(ZBI)对其进行问卷调查。结果 AD患者日常生活能力(ADL)与家庭照护者照护负担(ZBI)的评分呈正相关(r=0.611,P<0.05)。结论 AD患者家庭照护者的照护负担与患者功能障碍有关,应加强对照护者的干预,减轻其负担。
Objective To study the association between functional impairment of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） patients and their family caregiver＇s care burden. Methods All 50 AD patients were selected who were investigated by activities of daily living scale （ADL）, and 50 relatives as their family caregivers were selected who were surveyed with Zarit burden interview（ZBI）. Results Scores of AD patients＇ ADL was correlated positively with family caregivers＇ ZBI scroes （r= 0.611, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Care burden of AD patients＇ family caregivers is related to patients＇ functional impairment. Interventions should be strengthen for family caregivers to lighten their care burden.
