摘要
针对渤海油田注聚井高压欠注问题,根据氧化剂对注聚井有机堵塞高效降解的原理,在渤海油田现用氧化解聚体系研究的基础上,通过室内模拟交联物溶蚀、用量优选、浓度优选、反应时间优选、残液对后期注聚合物影响、腐蚀、产气量测试等系列实验,研发了一种新型ZJ-02复合氧化解聚体系。研究表明,该解堵体系具有综合性能优良、安全性高和施工工艺简单等特点。渤海油田某注聚合物井使用该解堵体系配合常规酸化进行解堵,解堵后视吸水指数由26.40 m3/(d·MPa)增加到45.18 m3/(d·MPa),是原来的1.71倍,基本达到配注要求,增注效果明显。
Polymer injectors in the Bohai Oilfield are characterized by high pressures and inefficient injection performances. Since oxidizers can be used to remove plugs formed by organic matters in polymer injectors effectively,an innovative ZJ- 02 composite oxidation plug- removal system was developed through lab simulation for dissolution of cross- linkers,agent concentrations,reaction time,impacts of residual fluids to polymer injection in later stages,corrosion,gas productivity and other situations in the Bohai Oilfield on the basis of existing researches for oxidation plug- removal system. Research results show that the new plug- removal system is characterized by outstanding comprehensive performances,high reliability and simplified application processes. The new plug- removal system was used in combination with conventional acidization plug- removal technique in a polymer injector in the Bohai Oilfield,revealing that water- adsorption factors increased by 1. 71 times,from 26 ·40 m3/( d · MPa) to 45. 18 m3/( d ·MPa). The system can satisfy demands for relevant injection operations with significant performances.
