冠状动脉血流储备分数测定的临床研究进展

摘要 血流储备分数(FFR)是一种从生理学角度评价冠状动脉狭窄病变是否引起心肌缺血的侵人性诊断指标,是指在冠状动脉系统最大充血状态下,存在狭窄病变的冠状动脉所能达到的最大血流与该冠状动脉在没有狭窄情况下所能达到的最大血流之比。近年来,随着对FFR临床研究的不断深入,其应用范围也在不断扩大。
