摘要
利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,采用MHD模块和标准k-ε湍流模型,对电磁场中铝熔液进行三维数值模拟,通过调节磁场中不同频率下的熔液内部流场,得到了电磁场中铝熔液的温度场分布图;同时选取熔体细化剂微粒进行示踪,得到微粒运动轨迹,表明文中基于Fluent对于电磁场中铝熔液的模拟仿真是可行的,为以后研究电磁场中混沌对流奠定基础.
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of aluminum molten fluid in electromagnetic field was performed with MHD module and standard k-ε turbulence model in computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. The temperature field of aluminum molten fluid in electromagnetic field was obtained by adjusting the electromagnetic field in the molten fluid and its internal flow field under different frequencies. Meanwhile, molten refiner particle was selected to trace in order to obtain particle trajectories. The results indicate that Fluent on simulating the aluminum molten liquid is feasible in electromagnetic field, which lays the foundation for the future studying of chaotic convection in the electromagnetic field.
