摘要
针对某矿山全尾砂胶结充填料浆管道输送技术的实际问题,为实现高浓度全尾砂充填料浆的自流稳定输送,应用国际最先进高精度R/S+SST软固体测试仪对其进行流变特性试验及管道输送损失研究,分析不同浓度和不同灰砂比充填料浆的流变参数和在一定流量、管径输送时的单位沿程阻力,为全尾砂充填输送性能研究提供理论基础.
There are some problems with the technology of the full tailings slurry transportation. This paper made use of high-precision R/S+SST soft solids tester to investigate slurry theological properties and pipeline transportation for realizing the stable gravity-transportation of the high-density slurry of the full railings, and to analyze the filling slurry theological parameters of different concentrations and cement-sand ratio and the unit frictional drag of a flux and pipeline diameter in pipeline transportation. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of transport properties of the whole tail sand slurry.
