曝气三元内电解法处理活性艳红X-3B废水的研究

摘要 采用自制的曝气反应器,探讨了在传统的铁碳内电解的基础上,加入第三种阴极材料镍构成三元内电解体系处理模拟染料废水——活性艳红X-3B。考查了曝气类型、曝气量、废水p H值和投料质量比对降解效果的影响。实验表明,在最佳条件下:曝气类型为空气,曝气量为60 L/h,p H为4,投料中的mFe∶mNi∶mC=3∶2∶4(质量比),反应270 min后,活性艳红X-3B的去除率可以达到87.2%,TOC去除率为63.5%,优于传统二元内电解法。另外,紫外—可见光光谱分析表明活性艳红X-3B的分子结构在反应过程中遭到了破坏,可能生成了一些小分子的中间产物。 Based on the traditional Fe/C internal micro-electrolysis, the ternary internal micro-electrolysis system was constituted by adding the third material Ni on treating the simulant dyeing wastewater-reaetive brilliant red X-3B dying wastewater with using homemade reactor. The aeration style, the aeration amount, the pH of wastewater and the mass ratio were investigated. The results showed that the aeration ternary internal micro-electrolysis system was much better than dual internal micro-electrolysis on the condition that the mass ratio of ZVI, active carbon and Nickel powder was 3 : 2 : 4, the initial pH was 4, the aeration amount was 60 L/h, the degradation rate of reactive brilliant red X-3B reached 87.2% and the degradation rate of TOC was 63.5% within 270 min reaction time. In addition, the analysis of UV-Vis showed that the molecular structure of the reactive brilliant red X-3B was destroyed, it maybe generate many small molecules intermediate product.
