摘要
为提高KR脱硫渣的资源化利用水平,利用XRF、XRD、SEM+EDS对某厂KR脱硫渣的矿物学特征进行研究,并用热力学软件FactSage对渣中硫的赋存形式及析出规律进行研究。结果表明,采用石灰系脱硫剂的KR脱硫渣,渣中的主要矿物相为钙铝硅酸盐相、硅酸钙相以及尖晶石相。钙铝硅酸盐相为连续延伸的无定形状,表面光滑平坦,无孔隙和裂纹;硅酸钙相为无规则形状,且表面较为粗糙,有较多的孔隙和裂纹;尖晶石相尺寸大小不一,形状多呈不规则多边板形,少量为不定形状。当温度高于1 220℃时,试验KR脱硫渣中的硫会以SO2的形式存在,CaS约在1 220℃时开始析出,CaSO4在1 160℃时开始析出,约在1 100℃时,CaS和CaSO4的析出量不再随温度的降低而变化,且最终渣中析出CaSO4的较CaS高。
To improve the level of resource utilization of KR desulfuration slag, X-ray finorence, X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDS were used to study mineralogy characteristics of KR desulfurafion slag of a certain steel mills, and FactSage was used to study the existing state and precipitation law of sulfur in experimental slag. Results show that if using CaO desulfurizer, main phases the corresponding KR desulfuration slag were calcium aluminum silicate, cal- cium silicon and spinel. The micro appearance of calcium aluminum silicate was continuously outspread with irregu- lar shape, and the surface was smooth and flat without pores and cracks; the shape of calcium silicon was irregular, and surface of it was rough with pores and cracks; the size of spinel was various, and the main shape was irregular polygon, while a small number was in irregular shape. When temperature was over 1220 ℃, sulfur in experimental slag precipited in form of SO2, CaS existed out at 1220 ℃, CaSO4 out at 1160 ℃ ; at about 1120℃, the precipitating amounts of CaS and CaSO4 remain unchanged with the decrease of temperature, and the amount of CaSO4 in the ex- perimental slag larger than that of CaS.
