摘要
在集群式供应链中引入集中控制型供应商管理库存(VMI)与第三方物流(TPL),建立由n个供应商、一个主导TPL、一个零售商组成的三级供应链集成管理模型.首先,以运输成本最小化为目标,考虑单次运输成本与单次运输批量的关系,研究TPL从各供应商处分别取货和按送奶路线循环取货两种补货方式下的批量决策问题.然后以利益共享契约模型为基础,建立基于不对称Nash协商"风险共担-利益共享"契约分析该集群式供应链的协调问题.研究发现:边际运输成本因子是选择补货方式和补货批量的重要影响因素,并且按送奶路线循环取货的方式受此因子的影响更大;基于不对称Nash协商"风险共担-利益共享"契约可以唯一确定契约参数,从而实现供应链的帕累托最优.
A centralized system of vendor managed inventory (VMI) and third party logistics (TPL) is brought into cluster supply chain in this paper and an integration management model of a three-level supply chain which consists of n vendors, one dominant TPL and one retailer is set up. First, aiming at to minimize the transport cost, the relationship of single transport cost and single transport batch is considered and the batch decision making of two replenishment modes that the TPL pickup goods from various suppliers respectively and according to the milkman pickup line is discussed. Second, based on the mode of "revenue-sharing" contract, the "risk sharing-revenue sharing" contract based on asymmetric Nash negotiation is established, and some important conclusions are drawn. The research finds that the selection of replenishment mode and replenishment batch is effected by the marginal cost factor of transportation. Further, the effect on the mode of pickup goods according to the milkman pickup line is bigger. The study also finds that the "risk sharing-revenue sharing" contract based on asymmetric Nash negotiation can uniquely set the parameters to obtain Pareto optimality of the supply chain.
