摘要
确定合适的加工硬质合金刀具磨削参数有利于提高磨削质量、加工效率和延长金刚石砂轮的使用寿命。介绍了磨削硬质合金的砂轮种类,分析了在磨削中常遇到的问题,给出了相应的解决措施,提出了一种在生产中确定磨削参数的方法,并将该方法应用在了新规格刀具的加工中。
The determination of the suitable grinding parameters of hard alloy cutting tools can improve the grinding quality, processing efficiency and prolong the service life of diamond grinding wheel. In this paper, the types of grinding wheel in grinding hard alloy are introduced, and the problems that are often encountered in the grinding are analyzed. The corresponding solutions are given. A method for determining grinding parameters in production process is proposed.
