ChiariⅠ型畸形伴脊髓空洞症合并运动神经元病1例报告 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓空洞症是一种慢性进行性脊髓变性疾病,病变多位于颈髓,Chiari畸形合并脊髓空洞症是成人脊髓空洞症中最常见的类型。关于ChiariⅠ型畸形伴脊髓空洞症合并运动神经元病罕见报道,现报告1例如下。1病例男,47岁,因“进行性四肢无力、肌萎缩1年余,加重伴饮水呛咳4个月”于2013年8月17日入院。
