摘要
目的探讨松叶消渴方合真武汤在治疗糖尿病肾病方面的临床意义,发挥中医的治疗优势。方法选择126例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组(对照组和治疗组各63例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加以松叶消渴方合真武汤治疗,治疗后随访3个月,评定疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率为95.1%,对照组患者总有效率为84.1%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论松叶消渴方合真武汤治疗糖尿病肾病可产生较好的临床疗效,值得临床上运用并推广。
Objective To study the Matsuba Diabetes party and the Zhen Wu Tang in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods 126 selected cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups （control group and treatment group that each groups have 63 cases）,which control group received western medicine treatment and the treatment group received together Matsuba Diabetes party and Zhen Wu Tang treatment on the basis of Western medicine.After 3 months treatments,assessed the effect of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.1% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 84.1% in control group.Treatment group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Matsuba Diabetes party and Zhen Wu Tang to diabetic nepbropathy can produce better clinical efficacy,and it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
