摘要
依托3G/4G移动互联网,以智能手机作为移动终端,应用动态影像侦测、地理信息(GIS)、网络穿透技术,设计建设新型输电线路防外破系统,实现防外破工作全天候无人值守。
By making use of Motion Detection, GIS ＆VPN technology, a new type power transmission line anti-breaking sys- tem is designed on smart phone client in mobile internet environment, so that the power transmission line anti-breaking work can be done in unmanned mode anytime and anywhere.
